International Mother Language Day

The United Nations' (UN) International Mother Language Day annually celebrates language diversity and variety worldwide on February 21. It also commemorates events such as the killing of university students on February 21, 1952. The students were protesting for Bangladesh to use their mother language, Bengali, as an official language.
This event is free & open to the public. Free parking is available across campus in all lots (please don't park in clinic parking).
