Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual journey that calms the mind, soothes the soul and realigns the body allowing deeper stretches, poses, and so much more. With this Yoga class, we offer a more in-depth approach to the breath, movement and meditation aspects of Yoga. Breathing consciously assists us in connecting with the subtle energy within us. Breathing as we move will help you let go and focus on the moment inside of the breath.
