North Broadway

A Local’s Tips

Minot is laid out North to South, getting across Minot is easiest on Broadway (Minot’s main road). Broadway is really busy during lunch hour and at 5:00 PM when everyone is going home from work, to save yourself some time, take 16th Street. 16th is located to the west of Broadway and will shorten your travel time.

Also, do not try to turn left on Broadway unless you are at a light. It will take forever and the people behind you will get impatient.

If you are in town and need to go to Walmart, try to avoid going on Sunday. It is very busy and the lines get crazy long.

If you really need to get all the way across town in a hurry, like from the base to Walmart, the 2 & 52 bypass will be your best friend.
