The patio seating overlooks the Minot Country Club course with rolling hills and fresh air. We’re not lion…the Roosevelt Park Zoo is the best around! The newly remodeled tiger and lion exhibits give visitors an interactive experience like no other. The tigers stroll across the catwalk above you at one of just 5 catwalks across the country. Sit in the Jeep at the lion habitat and wait for the big cats to walk across the hood! A total of 68 species will greet you on your walk through the wild at the Roosevelt Park Zoo.
After your wild outing, we recommend visiting Roosevelt Park as it’s right next to the zoo. Not only are there picnic shelters and gorgeous trails to discover, there’s also fishing docks, a skate park and a swimming pool. The park offers so many activities that it’s a great place to stop no matter your style.
Just across the street, Corbett Field is home to the Souris Valley Sabre Dogs. This expedition league is filled with talented collegiate players from across the country and a few local faces as well.
