Enjoy a Rhubarb Wine from Pointe of View

Pointe of View Winery is North Dakota’s first official winery. Take a walk through the serene vineyard or grab a glass of their one-of-a-kind rhubarb wine while overlooking the breathtaking view of Souris River Valley. With 11 different wines to choose from and flavors ranging from dry to sweet, this is an experience that is sure not to disappoint. Pointe of View is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 am to 6 pm and Sundays from 12 pm to 5 pm, including Labor Day Weekend.

Try out the Geocaching Trail

Check out Minot’s Urban twist on traditional geocaching! This fun-filled hunt will take you through Downtown Minot and into all the secret nooks and crannies you wouldn’t find on a map! Looking for a more traditional geocaching experience?  With at least 183 containers to find, there are plenty of spots for first-time players or avid cachers to explore all around the Minot area. Don’t forget, each cach beholds a prize inside!

Attend a Featured Calendar Event

During Labor Day Weekend, there is plenty to see and do! Notable events include a 3-day Pride Festival in Minot, checking out the cars and races at Motor Magic, or taking in the final three days of the Nodak Speedway Series! Of course, the Roosevelt Park Zoo, Dakota Territory Air Museum and Scandinavian Heritage Park are also available.
