01 Aug Beaver Brew Cafe: Gift Card Giveaway
Whether you’re looking for a great cup of coffee to start your day, a place to study or just catch up with an old friend, Beaver Brew Cafe is the perfect spot. It’s not just another coffee shop; it’s a community hub that is proud to be locally owned, managed and supplied.
Beaver Brew Cafe, located at 1100 N Broadway (next to Jimmy Johns in the Beaver Ridge Plaza) was opened by Minot State University students through the Severson Entrepreneurship Club last year and to this day, continues to be run primarily by college students. The cafe supports local artists by showcasing their artwork (available for sale) and hosts Open Mic Nights (every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month) where talented locals are invited to share poetry, sing and get together for an evening of family-friedly fun. So if you’re wondering what to do in Minot, visit the cafe!
It offers a unique atmosphere with ample seating space (loads of comfy couches as well as tables and chairs), free wi-fi and of course delicious beverages and sweet treats.
Beyond their diverse menu of caffeinated beverages (Nutty Irishman Latte, Almond Joy Mocha and Rice Krispy Latte to name a few), each month, the cafe offers limited edition flavors! Just released for the month of August are these new flavor combinations:
Rocky Road Mocha – Toasted Marshmallow, Almond and Chocolate
Cookie Dough Mocha – Tiramisu, Vanilla and Chocolate
The Elvis – Banana and Peanut Butter
The Butch – Butterscotch and Vanilla Chai
