Business Trip Itinerary

Start out your morning right by enjoying a delicious in-house roasted coffee with a freshly baked bagel at Broadway Bean & Bagel. With many options for delectable bagels, we are sure there is one to please: classic, cinna-bagel, parmesan, jalapeño cheddar, and more.

After you’ve got your fuel head over to the Dakota Territory Air Museum where you can learn about a variety of our region’s aviation history, including many war and military aircraft. You are able to see different aviation up close and learn about their intriguing history, such an astonishing experience you would not want to miss out on.

After soaking in all the information at the Dakota Territory Air Museum, we are sure you have worked up an appetite. Head on down to Ebeneezer’s Eatery and Irish Pub, a 20-year local restaurant. In true Irish spirit, a favorite dish of locals would be their iconic “Fat Frog”, a dish that will leave you stuffed and still have another meal of leftovers.

Time to walk off some of those calories and we have the perfect place for that, the Scandinavian Heritage Park. During the open season, you are able to walk through the Gol Stave Church, an exact replicate of the church in Olso, Norway. You can also tour other buildings that hold rich Scandinavian history painting a vivid picture of what life was like. Located on the same grounds is the Visitors Center, where you can learn about Minot’s history and find a fun trinket to remember your time in the Magic City.

Still, have more calories to burn from that amazing lunch? Take a walk on one of the many beautiful trails around Minot. Throughout all of our seasons, there is a magnificent landscape for viewing.

After all that walking you have got to be getting hungry, bring on the authentic Mexican cuisine. Mi Mexico is a family run business that serves authentic Mexican food, anything from classic tacos, enchiladas, and even desserts. During the cold winter months, Mi Mexico cuisine is so authentic it will have you think you are enjoying tacos on a warm beach in Mexico.

After a long day of exploring all the amazing food and adventures, Minot has to offer, chill out with a drink at Bootlegrz. Bootlegrz is a local bar with an inviting atmosphere, including live music, many times being our amazing local artists and bands.

We are sure the Magic City will not disappoint!
