🌱 Featuring Dr. Ruth De La Cruz – A leader in food sovereignty and a key figure in the MHA Community Garden, Dr. Ruth will share insights on revitalizing tribal food systems and showcase traditional heirloom seeds.

👨‍🍳 Dinner by Chef Juan De La Cruz – Enjoy a thoughtfully curated, family-style meal featuring Indigenous ingredients:

  • Wild rice fritters with ginger dipping sauce
  • Mandan white bean & hominy soup
  • Braised bison with berry reduction, squash, and potato gratin
  • Maple syrup pie & Hidatsa cornball
