All persons who work as food employees within First District must take an approved food safety course every 3 years.

This includes:
– All management and supervisory staff prior to managing or supervising employees.
– All non-management or non-supervisory employees within 30 days of hire date.
– Any employee working in a mobile food establishment: prior to performing any food handling tasks in the establishment.
