Yoga Above the Magic
Yoga Above the Magic connects body, breath, and mind and is designed for all levels of fitness and experience. This class focuses on improving balance, flexibility, and overall body strength. Classes begin with a tai chi and sun salutation warm-up followed by a flow of poses, with options that allow you to honor and challenge you where you are in your yoga journey. The class closes in savasana with a calming meditation. Class themes include gratitude, kindness, letting go, and friendship.
Cost: $15 for Non-Members, $13.50 for MCDC Members, and $12 for MCDC Military Members
