There are four areas for rent:
- Auditorium (Whole Space) – 100 People
- Auditorium (North Side) – 60 People
- Auditorium (South Side) – 40 People
- Aviary Patio – 50 People

Located in the main welcome center at the Roosevelt Park Zoo, their quaint meeting space is perfect for smaller groups with an adventurous side. As a member of the Minot Parks District, the zoo is happy to share its facilities with community members, clubs, and organizations. Their space has accommodating set-ups being able to host up to 100 people in their indoor facility and 50 outside.
