Staybridge offers many different meeting room set-up styles, which include classroom style, rounds, theater, U-Shaped, and L-shaped. Meeting space is complimentary for five or more guest rooms booked in conjunction with the rental. Amenities offered include an LCD projector, screen, flip chart, whiteboard, and two televisions. This space can hold up to 50 guests comfortably and can be divided into two different meeting spaces depending on your preferences. With the option for either full or half-day availability for whichever best suits your needs. Food catering on site is available, but Staybridge does allow for offsite catering if that better fits your preferences.
