Ice Skating Rink at Citizens Alley

Downtown Minot’s Citizens Alley transforms each winter into a vibrant, temperature-controlled outdoor ice rink—perfect for open leisure skating and ice bumper cars. The rink is open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM. Skate rentals are available on Thursday, Saturdays, and Sundays (weather dependent). Citizens Alley is the perfect spot to gather, play, and make winter memories in the heart of the city.

Minot Parks offers skating throughout both indoor and outdoor arenas. Enjoy the beauty of Minot winters by getting out and enjoying all the fun activities Minot has to offer.

Corbett Field – 600 13th St SE (Leisure Only)
Polaris Park – 712 26th Ave NW (Hockey + Leisure)
Roosevelt School – 619 9th St NE (Hockey + Leisure)
Perkett School – 2000 5th Ave SW (Hockey Only)

Warming Houses are located at each rink, offering $3 skate rentals; open hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4pm – 9pm and Saturday & Sunday 12pm – 9pm (weather dependant).
