Early in 1996, the Trails Committee of the Park District, in cooperation with the City of Minot, created a Master Plan of Trails for Minot. The Master Plan of Trails has become part of the Transportation Plan of the City of Minot. The ultimate plan, once complete, will result in a path around the entire city benefiting sports enthusiasts of all types.
